Finished Project #15: Fort Mill, SC

PHASE 1
This is the initial phase where we have conversations with our client to discuss the challenges they’re facing with their home and brainstorm solutions leveraging our design and planning team.

What challenges is our client leveraging us to solve?

  • Enable multi‑functional family living by adding an in‑law suite, new entrance, mud‑room, and improved access to shared spaces, so that family members or guests can live comfortably and independently.

  • Bring consistent quality and style throughout: installing custom kitchen features (hood range, countertops), new flooring, upgraded bathrooms, laundry, and entry way to create a cohesive, high‑end home that balances beauty, comfort, and utility.
